In 2013 we decided that we were going to renew street food in Hungary, but we never thought that in a couple of years we will have a restaurant chain on our hands with 15 locations. Our purpose is still the same. Premium hamburgers from quality ingredients, made with our heart and our soul.
We prepare food that we would serve to our children as well. We purchase vegetables from local producers and angus beef from ANGUS from Balatonfenyves, Hungary. We bake our own buns with flour from a 100 years old mill machine, and we make our own sauce without additives or preservatives. It is important to us, that the journey of our ingredients is transparent, so we have carefully chosen our partners, who could guarentee transparency regarding their production.
